Aaron Rodgers told the Pat McAfee Show that he got “good news” with his scans and the expectation is that he will play this week vs. the Bears.

Rodgers was already dealing with a thumb fracture heading into Week 12. He sustained a ribs injury following multiple hits against the Eagles. Rodgers worried about a punctured lung following the game, but that has been ruled out.

That means the Jordan Love era will be put on hold for yet again another week. The 2020 first-round draft pick relieved Rodgers in the 3rd quarter vs. the Eagles and went 6/9 for 113 yards and a touchdown.

Despite a cupcake matchup vs. the Bears, Rodgers is a dicey fantasy start thanks to his ailing injuries. Despite the fact, the four-time MVP elevates all Packers pass catchers into the flex conversation.
