The 24-year-old is fresh off his best game of the season, catching 8-of-9 targets for 98 yards in the Colts’ Week 12 loss to the Steelers.
The rookie played a season high 61% of snaps which translated to a TE2 finish this week. Mo Alie-Cox saw sporadic playing time as well, but it was evidently obviously to anyone with two eyes, the latter was the superior talent.
The 6’7, 250 lb tight end flourished in college last year, accounting for 35% of Virginia’s offensive production. Did we mention he has the easiest fantasy playoff schedule amongst all TEs?
With the position as shallow as ever, fantasy owners should contemplate throwing a dart on Jelani Woods. On tap for Week 13, is a tough matchup with the Cowboys, but all Indy pass catchers should have positive game script.
