The Giants and Carlos Correa have reportedly come to terms on a 13-year, $350 million deal, Jeff Passan reports.

Wow. San Fran was clearly adamant in adding a cornerstone to their roster after missing out on the Aaron Judge sweepstakes. Correa, 28, now slides in as the teams future for the rest of his career.

He gets two years and $50 million more from the Giants than Trea Turner (29) received from the Phillies.

The superstar shortstop opted out of his contract after slashing an impressive .291 with 22 home runs across 590 plate appearances in 136 games last season with the Minnesota Twins.

4x Gold Glover, Brandon Crawford (presumably) slides third for now, but that situation will be one to monitor as the season progresses. Wilmer Flores, Thairo Estrada, J.D. Davis and David Villar all will fight for scraps at second base.

The San Francisco Giants are here to play.
