After missing the last two games since getting blasted in the ribs by Bills’ linebacker Matt Milano in Week 14, doctors have cleared quarterback Mike White. He is expected to get the start for a playoff hopeful Gang Green this coming week against the Seattle Seahawks.

The Jets playoff chances increased significantly after the Green Bay Packers went into Miami and pulled out a 26-20 win over the Dolphins. The Jets now have a 91% chance to snag a playoff berth if they can win out the rest of the way. If the Mike White-led Jets can snap their four game losing streak and beat the birds in Seattle this Sunday, they will then have a pivotal Week 18 game against the Dolphins.

Given the fact that the Jets are a quarterback away from being a serious playoff contender, having White back under center is key to their success for the remainder of the year. It is clear to see that the Jets are essentially finished with their number two overall pick from the 2021 NFL draft, Zach Wilson. Lets see if White can help the Jets take flight and get back to the playoffs for the first time since 2010.
